Click on "Sign Up Now" on the left side of this page

Enter your full name and e-mail address. Then choose a username and password

In the "Your phone numbers" section, enter the phone numbers from which you will use our service. Make sure you enter the numbers in international dialing format: country code + city code + destination phone number. For example, if you live in the USA(1), New York(212) and your number is 555555, then you would enter 1212555555

Click on "Sign Up". An activation e-mail will be sent to you. In the confirmation email from iKappa click on the activation link to activate your account. If you did not receive an e-mail from us or do not click on the activation link, your account will be canceled within 24 hours

The iKappa system will assign you a PIN that you can view in the "My Account" section of this website. If you dial from a number that you did not register with us or with a blocked caller ID, you can always use your PIN number for authentication

Increase your credit

Log in to your account from our website

Click on "My Account"

Click on "Payments"

Choose the amount you wish to add to your account and the method of payment

Click on "Pay Now"

You will be re-directed to a page where you can complete your transaction using the payment method you selected

We do not keep your credit card details in our system. Your payments will be secured by "PayPal"

Make a call

Choose the access number that matches your location from our access numbers list.

If there is no access number in your source location, you can use Skype in order to place calls with iKappa. Dial the US toll free number from Skype (free of charge) and you will access our system.

Dial the number

If your phone number is registered in our system you will be asked to dial the number you wish to call

If your phone number is not registered in our system, you will be asked to enter your PIN, and then the number you wish to call

Please make sure you use the following format when you dial the number you wish to call: country code + city code + destination phone number. No 011 or 00 prefixes are needed

You can use our service from any country that has an iKappa access number
