- How can I place an international call from my phone using iKappa?
Make sure you are calling from a phone registered with iKappa. Dial the iKappa Access Number of the country you are calling from. Dial the destination number and you will be connected immediately.
- What happens if my Caller ID is blocked?
The iKappa automated voice system will ask you to enter the PIN number that was assigned to you during the registration process.
- Is it possible to place a call from a phone that is not registered in my account?
Yes, simply dial the access number and enter your 10-digit PIN when prompted. You can find your PIN on the "My Account" page.
- What is the iKappa access number?
iKappa has access numbers in almost every country. Some of them are toll-free and others are local numbers. Dial an access number from any phone registered in your iKappa account. If you do not have an account with iKappa sign up today and start saving money on international calls from your mobile and land line phones.
- Is there a connection fee for the calls I place?
iKappa does not charge any connection fees. You only pay for the minutes you use.
- What is the monthly fee for iKappa?
iKappa does not charge any monthly fees. You only pay for the number of minutes you use, based on the lowest rates per minute.
- Can I register more than one phone number?
Yes. You can register up to six numbers in your account. If you would like to register more, please contact us.
- How can I cancel the service?
You can stop using iKappa’s services at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees so there is no actual need to close the account. If you would still like to completely close your account please send us an email to support@iKappa.com and one of our representatives will close it for you.
- What is the billing increment?
All calls are charged in one second increments.
- How can I increase my credit?
You can increase your credit by going to the "My Accounts" page and clicking on "Payments". You can choose to fund your account with "PayPal" or "Coupons".
